Terms and Conditions:

Our guests and us agree on the terms of the room rental. The name of the rental property is "Det Blå Gæstehus" CVR. No. 26444101 with whom you enter into an agreement. This will be stated in your booking confirmation.

Booking Conditions:

Once you have booked accommodation in The Blue Guest House, your booking is binding the moment you have received a booking reference.

When making a booking, you must provide your name, mobile number, address, email address, when you arrive and when you depart and finally your payment method.

Different prices apply in relation to what you want for an overnight stay and how many people you come.

Only people over the age of 18 can make reservations and children/young people under the age of 18 cannot stay overnight unless they are according to an adult.

Arrival and departure:

Ankomst kan ske mellem klokken 16-21.

Lone vil altid sende en sms når værelset er klar til ankomst. 

Vi kan indbyrdes aftale et tidspunkt for ankomst, hvis det ligger senere end klokken 21.

Afrejsetidspunktet er individuelt men skal være inden klokken 10 på afrejsedagen.

Cancellation and no-show:

Du kan frit afbestille din booking indtil 10 dage før ankomst uden beregning.

Hvis du udebliver uden forudgående aftale eller hvis du afbestiller dit ophold indenfor 10 dage inden ankomst – vil du blive opkrævet fuld betaling for din booking.

Payment terms

Vi tager ikke imod betalingskort. Du kan betale ved at bankoverføre eller mobilpay. Ønsker du betaling vha. mobilpay – vil du modtage en mobilpayanmodning 10 dage før dit ophold.

The blue guesthouse processes personal data provided by guests who use our accommodation.

The Blue Guest House is responsible for personal data relating to your booking and protects your personal data in the best possible way. By agreeing to our terms, you agree to our use of your personal information.

Personal information is not shared with others and the collection and processing of personal information is protected in the best possible way.

The Blue Guest House respects personal data in accordance with the applicable national legislation in Denmark.

Prices

At Det Blå Gæstehus all prices are in Danish kroner and stated incl. VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for sold out rooms.

Payment

Det Blå Gæstehus modtager betaling med enten bankoverførsel eller mobilpay betaling. Alle beløb er i Danske kroner og incl. moms. Der tages forbehold for prisfejl og udsolgte værelser.

Refund

Har du betalt for dit ophold før 10 dage før ankomst og ønsker at annullere dit ophold – vil du få dit indbetalte beløb returneret. Hvis der er tale om refusion, bedes du i din skriftlige henvendelse medsende bank oplysninger i form af reg. nr. og konto nummer, så det aftalte beløb kan overføres. Disse oplysninger kan uden risiko oplyses pr. mail eller anden elektronisk form, da det ikke er følsomme oplysninger og kun vil blive anvendt til vores opfyldelse af refusionen.

Right of withdrawal and refund:

Du har fortrydelsesret indtil 10 døgn før din ankomst.

Der gives fuld returret på din booking såfremt du afbestiller inden 10 dage før din ankomst. 

Afbestiller du dit ophold indenfor 10 dage inden dit ophold – vil det fulde beløb ikke blive tilbagebetalt.
