Our guests and us agree on the terms of the room rental. The name of the rental property is \"Det Bl\u00e5 G\u00e6stehus\" CVR. No. 26444101 with whom you enter into an agreement. This will be stated in your booking confirmation.<\/p>\n

Booking Conditions:<\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Once you have booked accommodation in The Blue Guest House, your booking is binding the moment you have received a booking reference.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

When making a booking, you must provide your name, mobile number, address, email address, when you arrive and when you depart and finally your payment method.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Different prices apply in relation to what you want for an overnight stay and how many people you come.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Only people over the age of 18 can make reservations and children\/young people under the age of 18 cannot stay overnight unless they are according to an adult.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n


Arrival and departure:<\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Arrival can be made between 4-9 pm. we can agree among themselves on a time of arrival if it is later than 21 o'clock.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The departure time is individual but must be before 12 o'clock on the day of departure.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n


Cancellation and no-show:<\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

You are free to cancel your booking until 8 days before arrival free of charge.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

If you fail to appear without prior arrangement or if you cancel your stay within 8 days before arrival \u2013 you will be charged full for your booking.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n


Payment terms<\/b><\/p>\n

There is an online credit card payment for booking in The Blue Guest House. Your stay will be paid upon the upcoming online booking. However, the amount will not be charged to your account until 8 days before arrival.<\/p>\n

The blue guesthouse processes personal data provided by guests who use our accommodation.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The Blue Guest House is responsible for personal data relating to your booking and protects your personal data in the best possible way. By agreeing to our terms, you agree to our use of your personal information.<\/p>\n

Personal information is not shared with others and the collection and processing of personal information is protected in the best possible way.<\/p>\n

At Det Bl\u00e5 G\u00e6stehus all prices are in Danish kroner and stated incl. VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for sold out rooms.<\/p>\n

Payment<\/b><\/p>\n

Det Bl\u00e5 G\u00e6stehus accepts payment by VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay, Bank Transfer. If you make use of a payment card, the payment will only be deducted from your account 8 days before your arrival. All amounts are in Danish kroner and incl. VAT. Reservations are made for pricing errors and sold-out rooms.<\/p>\n

Refund<\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

In the case of a refund, please include in your written enquiry the bank information in the form of reg. no. and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be provided without risk by mail or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.<\/p>\n

Right of withdrawal and refund:<\/b><\/p>\n

You have the right of withdrawal until 8 days before your arrival.<\/p>\n

Your booking will be fully refunded if you cancel before the 8th day before your arrival.\u00a0<\/p>\n

If you cancel your stay where there is less than 8 days before you are due to arrive for your stay, the full amount will be charged to your credit card. This means that if you have less than 8 days to arrive and wish to cancel your stay, you will not be able to get a refund of your booking.<\/p>\n
